and how many does your rifle have?

I have like 4 rifle kill each life and 3-4 melee kill, cause newbie take spy and suck with it

To get the full heatwave bonus you'd need to get FOUR melee hits or TWO melee kills. As Sniper. That very rarely happens. And even then, the full bonus is only for a single shot and deteriorates as you use it. It's very, very far from unreasonable.

Oh, I just noticed that they changed the stats recently.

Honestly I would've liked its last iteration but with a -20% slower firing speed instead of -25%. Maybe even -10% or -15% with a damage vulnerability while active. I'll see how people use it on servers to see if it's really that powerful.

Having no random crit is a huge penalty for melee weapon

The poison automatically has a base 20 damage. That's what crafting told me. It's appliance deals 20 damage, then 2 damage every half second
The minimum duration is still 1 since even at one, it does 7 more damage overall than stock.
If the charge didn't increase base damage, a fully charged shot would be incapable of killing a demoman or pyro.
Charge rampup increase would make this weapon too powerful

but as the maximum damage is weaker, isn't it ok to increase charge rate quicker if you don't increase base damage applied ?
