Outlaw bow balance

I think that putting 15% instead of 10% chance for every effect make the bow much more reliable and sure
For counter balance this, remove the 5% chance to instakill

I think that using the "jarate on scoped it" is possible, but with putting the jarate duration to 0.1
Like they do for the ff2 sydney sleeper (maybe not a good exemple cause it clear the boss instead of cleaning the sleeper)
This would allow you to get the jarate icon while loading and to extinguish ppl

I'm pretty sure it deals ~50 damage on splash and have seen it deal at least 100 on direct hits, as well as having the massive knockback.

The damage is not reduced, the stats in-game even outline how the 20-30 damage numbers are false and actually are ~50 damage.

And that doesnt include afterburn

At his first release it was 100
But the weapon got removed one day
And when it was back
It was less powerfull
Don't trust stats
Damage stats are hidden, go test yourself
I tried 2 days ago, and now im in vacation, but im pretty sure that it's not 100 now

I was just playing a match with it. Apparently after the first time you hit yourself while missing, you never hit yourself again even if you miss (unless you 'reset' at a resupply cabinet)

I think it's only for the duration of the sauce
