well, but valve didn't attended to make this a part of the gameplay

It is technically a spycrab for soldier, when he looks down, crouches and reloads the bison he looks like he's fapping .

Panic attack would be too powerfull if it was fully loaded

The UberSyringues is... not so effective compared to the mighty Ubersaw

it could be great to add :

(+) +15% deploy rate (it's a syringues, not a saw)
(+) increase max stack to 8
(+) each stack reduce overheal decay by 10%
(-) no random crit (IM SUPPOSED TO STACK ON YOU !)

lot of player and myself complained about the crit...

My donator message would be

(is the weakest weapon eva)

so here is some attention for him

add :
(+) +100% bullet
(+) +20% attack rate
(-) -50% accuracy
(-) hidden : no random crit / crit boost

or just give him some damage back
to make it useable (even if it would be still so weak)

I wish the people here cared about keeping current weapons fair as much as they care about throwing new unbalanced weapons into the game.
If things worked according to what they put their attention to, we would have a couple hundred poorly balanced weapons with more still being added and very few people drawing attention to the balance issues
