Nah, I'd say the Punch is fine where it is. 100 HP is good, but not TOO good, which I like. Handy for running the Leech Life, as it'd be no fun to play with without it.

Yeah but 100 Hp every 12 second, how to be incincible, you don't need medic or Heal, only spam this canteen until you reach 300 HP or more

The scout is really, really, really over-powered
He is supposed to deal damage but be killed easly
The prototype puncha llow us to stack up to 300 HP !
And most of gun can 2 shoot at close range !
