new soldier weapon (rocket launcher) the W.A.L (Winning And Loosing)
Hello ! i am new on the group !
i had this idea from a loong time
+30% faster reloading speed
on hit : you get the rage meter up to 12% (max 100%)
when rage meter is full you have +30% damage
negatives :
No random critical hits
-99% clip size
-15% firing speed
-20% max primary ammo

Thougth you had only 4 rocket and had to resuply, but you have 1 ammo carried right ?
just, you have to hit 50 time before full the rage bar right ?

Ah ok, that much better, but still need 50 hit for reach 100% (o_o)
would say 10 damage = 1%, rocket deal an average of 90 => 18%, 11 rocket need
