A bow that shoots projectiles like the star shooter, but with an arc effect. I imagine it with a high tech compound bow type item that has 2 metal pieces in the front of where the arrow would be, generating the generic blue or red lightning effect. It would generate a loud laser sound which would could give away the position aswell as a bright light flashing.
+300% clip size, it can penetrate players, the play is vaporized upon a kill, it regenerates 3 electric shots per 5 seconds, ammo boxes cannot give you ammo, max health additive penalty <25> less hp on wearer, shots behave like the bow
