What happened to the servers?

So today I got online and wanted to join the Chicago server. You know, just to ♥♥♥♥ around with the Sniper's "High Noon" weapon. The only problem is that it won't show up in my favorites. Joining by IP only gives me the "connection failed after 4 retries" error. Any suggestions?

Yeah, it happens just to the Chicago server. I will be changing the IP (and use the company that the other 4 uses).

Yeah, it happens just to the Chicago server. I will be changing the IP (and use the company that the other 4 uses).
