This weapon splits the charge bar in half, allowing 2 charges before having to wait for a recharge. However, the charge time is halved aswell. This prevents the user from reaching the full 195 damage crit melee so you can only ever do 88 damage per swing at a time. This shield allows Demoknights or Demomixes to get in and out of a fight with relative ease.
