Invite.css group for good mid/high CS:S Teams

This group was created for good mid/high skilled Teams:
- for find quick pracc.
- find good opponent for practice.
- give young players/teams good chance to play again good teams
and push motivation to play higher.

For do this group active, we need a lot of good teams.
Because of that i ask you to invite good teams.
