only thing that i noticed is under the stats page upon scaling the window the circles are not changing properly the size.

is the beta currently down? like are you working on it right now or did it end?

Ye it's good user experience to have some indicator of an action that doesn't require user interactions. Touch screen devices won't see hover effects

If the row, highlights, and changes the mouse coursor upon hovering is the little blue or grey (>) button really necessary?

Suggest away, if I like ill do. :p simples. I'll more than likely post a poll as to what suggestions get done first

I have a quick little question. Will there be more UI improvements or I can add my suggestions & preferences on UI in my future report ?
