My suggestions:
1. Reduce buy time
2. Reduce warmup time
3. Reduce number of bots
3. limit mycroft to pistols only :P

I don't know about maps but can we kill the awp on the new server? Couldn't care less about other guns but the awp is no skill, this will train our guys to pull for the head alot more.
