Can Anyone help me with this modded map I'm doing?

It's going to be an extensive mod with many new & old features seen through various titles of the franchise.

The map is Fallout 3's Washington D.C map. 20 square miles of exploration.

The map will also include A.I bots that you can command, along side A.I survival bots(Armmed/Unarmmed).

Another feature will be guns, knives, grenades, & mine inventories. It will feature all weapon models from each CoD title(MW, MW2, MW3, BO, WaW). Including all of the Wunder Weapon models in one map. The total estimate of guns one can carry will be 8. You can also carry every mine & grenade type, you just have to toggle through your inventory once you aquired them.
