just to clarify: i believe that if you play C-S, and your good enough to be in the clan/group, they must have alot of time on their hands to stay that good! (but some lucky bastards seem to be naturally talented at FPS's!)

Arn1e called this one right. They appear to be a Counterstrike clan with just 1 or 2 members who are still active (probably forgotten they are part of the Clan!).

It's the Civil Service Coat of Arms. On one side is the Lion and on the other is the Unicorn.

The Unicorn is on the other side of the round thingy to the Lion, it's usually obscured due to the CT page layout. If you can download the background image it should be on there.
