Having a problem with TF2... whenever I open it, I just get a little error message that says, "Invalid or corrupt background texture materials/console/startup_loading.vtf".

I'm on a Mac, and I downloaded it for free recently. Tried quitting steam, restarting the computer, and *attempted* to search for the rogue file. Recommendations?

I've noticed a pattern. Whenever I play a game, it's one of the most played. At first with Street Fighter 4 it was second, but now that Champions is out my game is kicked down to third. Does this mean that I'm.. I'm popular?! Or I have the least social life in the whole group?! Awesome.

Also, in response to the contest:
1. Rather callow of you to disguise as me, spy.
2. And everybody knows I'm pretty llithe for a fat guy.
3. While Heavies are generally hard to kill, that is not germane to the situation at hand.
4. I'm rather nonplussed at the moment. Come back after respawn and try to surprise me again.
5. Perhaps if that sentry were more baroque, it would be less baroque.
