Chivalry Server Admins

Chivalry server admins moderate the community both online and in-game in line with the official server rules[forums.tornbanner.com].

Making a report

Before making a report please check the official rules linked above to ensure you are reporting for a valid reason, if you're unsure or have any further questions then just ask in the group chat.

In order to act on a report, we require the following to be posted in the group chat or sent via PM:

• Server Name
  
• Offending player(s) name and steam ID
  - you can copy this info from their Steam Profile. Open Steam Overlay -
  Player List - Profile and copy their ID link
  
• Evidence I.E screenshot/video if no admin is available to witness the rulebreaking

If an admin is online they may be able to join your game to assist real time, if not the report will be processed providing sufficient evidence is given.

Appealing a ban

If you wish to appeal a global ban (effective across all OFFICIAL servers) please use the ban appeal thread[forums.tornbanner.com].

We appreciate your patience and understanding when asking for admin assistance. We are volunteers from the Chivalry player population and are not salaried representatives from Torn Banner or Steam, and as such are not always able to provide an instant response/action.
