L4D Menu Steam Group Servers Error

There has recently been a form of a glitch in steam that is preventing the servers to show up in the servers list on the Left 4 Dead menu. Some days the servers will show but other days they do not. We are currently looking into a way to fix however the server is still live and well.

Here are 3 other ways to direct connect to the servers else where:

Create a shortcut on your deskstop using this as the address:
steam://connect/108.61.13.164:27015
Connect thru your console by entering this command:
connect 108.61.13.164:27015
(For those who do not know how to open your console you must go to your options menu and select "keyboard/mouse" then look for "allow developer console" and select "enable". You can now open your console by pressing the ~ button on your keyboard. If enabled and it does not open then make sure all is saved and restart your game.)
When signed online to steam, right click the steam logo on your taskbar and click the "servers" tab, a window should pop up. There you will see a "favorites" tab, click this tab and at the bottom right you will see the "add a server" button. Click and enter the servers IP address then click "add server to favorites" and the server will be saved to your favorites for you to join at anytime you return to the favorites tab on the steam servers list.

The custom server can be overridden via console to change maps.
Just follow these steps below exactly as written:

Create a new online campaign lobby.
Select one of the maps listed on the server.
Make the server type "best available dedicated"
Enter this command via console:
mm_dedicated_force_servers 108.61.13.164:27016
Then start the game!

PLEASE NOTE

This can only be done if the server is empty.
This will not work if players are already there.
The map will not be changed, and no one will be kicked.
To change the map after a game all players must leave the server,
and one must repeat this process with a different map selected.

To join in if you don't spawn in as you join then type !join .
If you don't spawn in from that then there are no bots available,
and you must wait until the next map, a spawn closet or an admin to respawn.
You can type !info to see the current difficulty of the server.
To change it, type !e for easy, !n for normal, !h for hard, or !x for expert.
Type !rank to view your rank or !top10 for the top 10 players.
To change your character, type !francis, !zoey, !louis, or !bill.
To toggle Laser Sights, type !laser.
To toggle Night Vision, type !night.
To toggle the Silencer, type !silent.
To view the current players on the server, type !p.
All players have the following stock upgrades: Body Armor, Extended Clip, Extra Ammo, Extended Fuse, Reduced Recoil, Fast Reload, Hollow Point Ammo,
and Sniper Enhancements: * You can zoom in with any weapon *.
If you die you will lose all your stock upgrades until you start the next map.
You can temporarily perform CPR on dead players by kneeling over them and
holding down your USE key within 30 seconds of their death.
You can also use your Medkit to revive dead players by kneeling over them while holding your medkit and holding down your USE key to bring them back with full health.
You can type !meds to see how many medkits you have in reserve.
If you're incapacitated and you have a molotov or pipe bomb,
press your USE key to equip and Mouse 1 to throw it, all while incapacitated.
To toggle flashlight command: !light. Colors: red, green, blue, purple, orange, yellow, white.
Or 3 values 0-255. EG: !light red or !light 255 0 0

You can now pick yourself up from being incapacitated by using your pain pills.
When you are incapacitated, and have pills in your inventory.
Press your crouch button to help yourself back up.

STARTLING A WITCH WILL SPAWN A HORDE
It was your only warning and It's your own fault.
The death of the tank will also spawn a horde.

Every 4 door truck and big rig cab has an alarm,
along with the obvious cars with blinking lights.
[ TK Points ] (Team Killing)
If you reach 1,000 TK Points or higher you will be banned by the console for 5 hours.
To reduce your TK points you can heal or pick up incapacitated players.
You can check your TK points by typing !tkpoints in the game chat.
[ Safe Room Door ]
Spamming the safe room door when others are not ready will get you killed.
The further the others are from the door determines how fast you could die, fair warning.
