the server never links with stargates unless they were pre-added

i seem to have a crucial problem with this addon, "group system" which disallows the spawn of certain entities if the player is not in a certain group. is there a way to disable or even place myself into a group with all entites unlocked

Problem Here :(

I downloaded the carter addons pack addon i clicked Subcribed All and then downloaded Caps_fonts

Restarted The Game
Went to singleplayer
Holded Q and went to stargate tab
then pressed on a stargated
ERROR!!!!!

It said i am missing 1 addon called Carter Addons Pack: Player Weapons
But it was subcribed so i subcribed and unsubcribed, restarted map
no work!!!! please fix
