ur cant do nothing unfortnaly i sometimes go for example from the lvl 16 to lvl 12 its a bit sick later when ur for example like ur have prestige

guys, my prestige got degraded :V it went down from prestige2 lvl 48, to prestige0 lvl 49 :C does anyone know what i can do?
