Yeah, I just comfirmed. Reinstalled ARC, need to log in and read mail for every toon to unlock..

Yeah, I cancelled the patching and launch through steam then can launch from ARC also. No need redownload. But must log in every charcter in ARC then can unlock? I uninstall ARC but only the toon i log in earlier have costume... =_="

No need to redownload STO.. just point the damned overlay to your installed folder
