You need to login to your router and do a port forward for this port
UDP - 3074
If you dont know how to port forward just google, plenty of guides out there.

I don't think they would put it at SEA Country anymore, unless they have a lot of fund to do so. They just continue develop dlc only. .. (sigh) make me feel hard to continue playing bo2

I have seen lag switch come back to BO2 but read MarnivineX's comment, make me feel "Do I have continue to play BO2 with fearing getting banned?" and wait Modern Warfare Ghost comes....

hey guys, check this out man, i just got freaking banned, for no reasons? and there are so many people nowadays on pc bo 2 whining that you are aimboting or hacking or whatsoever, but you aint even doing anything, and basically its because of the lag, if you guys do not believe me, well you can try seeing this video, the lag really matters and it does make players think that you are cheating like they shoot you so many times yet you dont die. heres the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=AZX7PjT2byE

the cons of play private match is you will not get exp and achievement. thats why i dont like private match

if Treyarch put the server at SEA regional instead of PATCHING, should be fix that lag problem... estimated avg 100ms latency as I play in Singapore.

Play private? Just ask, invite, create private lobby, then play. I think none of us are popular as Swiftor from youtube to call community friends to play together.... but yeah, the lag won't be concerned.
