In your mainhand I would try a high stagger quick weapon like a rapier or again another shortsword but with a different moveset, and finally a greatsword, or club as the 2nd weapon of choice, and you either want something with just enough poise damage to stagger most people, like the Zweihander, or something meant to flatten them, like the Dragons Tooth.
Finally you might want a crossbow or avellyns in that final slot to catch out mages or people trying to run.
Well it depends on what you define as experience, and wether or not you mean both rings simultaniously.
Personally I've never gone for a dual-invis ring build, but from the ones I see and what I would personally think would work this is my opinion. Any build can be powerful in the right hands.
Mind you, these are just suggestions for a build and not actually one, so feel free to change things as you see fit. This is also a tryhard style build so mind you it'll probably net you a lot of wins, but it wont give you all that much enjoyment after awhile.
@Wieners don´t do Dachs, Use all three weapons slots and have varied moveset i guess
