It depends, I normally hosted every day or two, but you can host whenever you want. :) Remeber to make an announcement/evetnt when you host so everyone in the game can see that you're hosting!

If you have subscibed but its not in your scenario editor... perhaps you should look harder, if you do not see it still yet, unsubscribe and resubscribe. If all else fails someone can host it so you can download.
