Fellow members of the Light Division:
Company H [as well as others] of the 38th North Carolion Battalion will be drilling tonight (Thursday) at 5:30pm EST. Anyone who would like to attend is invited to join us. Just a word about the division. All regiments of the Light division, are owned and run by the people who form those units. What my intent is, is to help these units realize that they are a functioning unit during the Antietam campaign, and work in unison with each other as a functional body.
