I actually can’t believe this server hasn’t existed for like 4ish years now? This is how I found, learned and played my favorite game every day... sadly enough I can now say this server was a part of my “childhood” I just found myself getting memories of all the amazing people I met over the years...

Could make it private but I really don't see the reason too. Plus only tickles can. Just uncheck the ( Subscribe to thread ) box above the comment box. Also I may be bringing up a TF2 server as part of another community I am part of. It will not be a part of APP but if people like how I set up our servers they might enjoy this one because I have full control.

rip TF2APP, I stopped playing tf2 when the server shut down and it just isn't the same without the call me's :(

Semi the main reason the servers are gone is because 90% of our daily player count was from quickplay. And quickplay was only activated if the server was over 10-14 players in the server. So every morning, if I didn't beg or try to fill the server in what ever way I could they would stay empty all day until late at night. Now with quickplay gone, unless we have some die hard fans willing to keep the server populated, there really is no reason to bring it back. Hosting servers is not cheep and tbh donations really didn't keep the server payed for. We were helping the server stay funded though google advertisements that I made invisible and non intrusive, but it was still not enough. So there are a lot of reason the server isn't up right now. If something changes though, there will be an announcement.

APP is a gift from god. I've never found any other server where I can feel so much peace and fun.

APP was literally one of the biggest reasons I played this game to date, im late to the party but its sad that this update destroyed a lot of the server's traffic. I met so many friends and my rocket jumping teacher on that turbine server. Rest in peace APP ;__;
