There has been renewed interest in starting the Pacific timezone game, all AoDers are welcome to participate :) If you're interested, either comment below or message me personally.

With around 7-8 people already interested, we'll be set to a play a new 1936 game sometime soon. Everyone will play single-player from 1936 to 1 August 1939, then we'll edit in the multiple saves into one master save and we'll play online from there.

Obviously, the China-Japan players will have to play together from 1936, but overall the game will go much faster.

hi i just saw this incredible discount at steam. played the game single for years always fighting with my router's settings. Now i hope there will be no technical issues. so i'm a complete newbee playing multisession, but well introduced into the game. Would be nice to hear something about the organization of the game (chossing sides / factions / nations, vistory conditions, length of game , procedure of joining online etc.)

I know it's 3 or 4 years late but I dont check this regularly. If you want to alt-tab I think I've ran a windowed mode and it's less likely to crash or hang up. It's in a config file where you can also change the resolution the game runs at.

any one know why when i launch arsenal with steam the shift tab thing wont let me look at my steam?

My multiplayer wasnt working because of a firewall on my router. So I put a test machine inside the DMZ of my firewall and it worked. Then if I remember right, I found the ports to open properly and it still worked.

I got a multiplayer game to work once, maybe we should get a group of people to play one day. I'm free in general on the weekends.

Anyone playing online via Gameranger? Tried to host but none of the scenario's show up in the list. Both players have same checksum(KXOS). Pretty frustrating, if anyone has a fix plz let me know.
