Sir, I watched your video and just want to welcome to the group. If Microsoft doesn't replace this for you, This is just another reason not to buy their xbox products. Even though I'm not a fan I hope they replace it for you because that's a $500 price tag right there.

My friend Kevin plans on buying an Xbox One... then again he's stupid for doing so. The Xbox One is the biggest ripoff I've ever seen. Glad I'm gonna be getting a PC built, I'm not buying that POS console. Also to the guy telling Bill Gates to kill himself, Gates is no longer running the company and has no say in it's day to day activities. It's all Don Mattrick and Steve Ballmer. I'm glad Valve are working on the Steambox, please make it capable of playing offline... PLEASE!
