I don't open a lot of crates, but when I do, I get the same ♥♥♥♥ I just pulled. Now, less often: "Updated Case opening item drop algorithm. Going forward players are now less likely to get duplicate items from the same rarity tier on repeated Case openings."

I didn't, actually. He had to get help from Kresnik, who was teaching the Heavy class (which was actually really informative!). Kresnik was making fun of him. The engie one was also pretty good.
