Mapping goes, working on the scavenge and versus counter-parts currently, level4 after that.
Waiting on Nitro to help me with the nav on level3 in the elevator shaft, so I'll do the scavenge while I wait.
The only difference in the versus versions is the fact that I am readding explosive barrels to level1s first crescendo and that I have to redo the item placement.
Level1 has the 3rd crescendos gate open after 45 seconds in versus as well. So there are alternate paths in level1 for versus that I didn't include with co-op since only in versus are we afraid of hunters grabbing us on tall ladders.
The other difference with level1 is the armory is gone and the plane crescendo always occurs. So that's 3 events in every map except levels 3 and 4.
Level2 has 25% health on each pillar in event 1 and no tank spawn after crescendo 3 is completed.
Another difference is that level3 might have every path open so players can choose which way they go at any time.

There are more differences but I don't care to list them.
I shortened level3s ruin path height in the stairwell to save on brushsides and vertexes, hopefully no one minds that.
In retrospect, the elevator event replaces the stairwell height in a way, high pounce hell.

So the first 5 (or 4, haven't decided yet) Scavenge maps and the first 3 coop/versus maps in the next release. After that we will do the last 2 survival maps, last scavenge map and the last level and its' versus counter-part.

I thought about a joke ending and then I changed my mind.
I don't want to make a fifth map, and it wasn't my idea in the first place.
Frankly I'd rather the survivors fail than have a happy or funny ending.

A few weeks ago my hard drive failed; the one containing all the content for Absolute Zero.
The good news is I was able to salvage most of it, the bad news is I haven't been able to work on it for weeks due to this.

The great news?

Gonna be working my ass off to release the first 3 maps as soon as I can.

By the time I actually get all the custom assets and the maps done, L4D will be completely dead, but that wont stop fans from coming back for more will it?
I hope not.

Will be testing levels 1-3 next weekend for their finals (hopefully final for level2 but i doubt it), followed by a month or two for level4, sorry for the wait but I promise it will be worth it, mildly :) if you enjoy hard stuffs!
