People are usually on at 7:30 pm est on weekdays, and on weekends, usually around the same time or an hour or so earlier. You can always ask csiko or blessed about group privileges to create events around these time so people will come. Also, please remember to swing by the vent channel as there is usually someone around or a group of people around depending on the time of day.
