Recently Crumb and I have observed that the group of players everyone plays with is pretty insonsistent. Now this may be a good thing, but if we ever want to participate in FACEIT, CEVO, ESEA, etc. We have to have a team that knows eachothers strengths and weaknesses. Now we are going to designate everyone to a team so that we can consistently play with people and get better as a team. There will always be the opportunity for you to play with different people again, but this is for the more competitive standpoint considering we have been doing decent but not that great for a full matchmaking team. It ranges from not listening to other teammates/team leader or just constantly complaining in game about events that happened (wallbanged, one tapped, etc.). Overall the seperate teams are going to boost our skill level and game sense as well as getting to know the team members better. Be on the lookout for the teams as Crumb and I get things situated!

Recently i saw that JD couldnt host a teamspeak 3 server and i didnt want to use any other communication client such a Mumble or Ventrillo because not that many people use that so i went out and talked to a friend of mine and know we have a Section for us Only in CodeDoyle Server.

As of now the team has 16 members ranging anywhere from S4 to GN2. I've played probably around 15 to 20 games with a number of you, and the results have been incredible. We haven't lost a single game, beit we've tied a few, but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. This team is going great so far.

Since I bought CS:GO a few months ago, I got placed in S3, and I sucked balls. I didn't know anything about movement, callouts, spray control, or anything else for that matter. I just played it how most new players do: like CoD and Battlefield.

Since then, it took me literally HUNDREDS of games just to rank out of S3 up to S4. I always complained about how "broken the game was", and how "the ranks are unfair", so I gave up playing the game a few times, played off and on, ragequit, trolled, etc.

I've learned a lot since then about the basics of how to be good at the game, but the one thing I always overlooked, even though it was so obvious, was to always play with a full, dedicated, posotive team. I've spent weeks bouncing between S4 and SEM, but since I've made this team, I literally made it back from S4 to GN1 in a matter of 2 or 3 days.

On top of the incredibly fast rank ups, I'm not the only one. It won't be long until most of us are starfish, seeing as though most of us are still silvers and we're taking down teams composed fully of gold nova 2's and 3's, and even some master gaurdians. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy.

I look forward to playing this game with those of you who I've met so far, and I look forward to playing with those of you who I haven't.

Me and ZeroCool have recently been talking about perhaps getting involved into leagues such as CEVO, ESEA, or FACEIT. This is a definite possibility in the future that I'll discuss with members of this team in the following weeks. I understand some of you may not have a schedule open enough for something like that, and I may have to go into deeper recruitment for more players, but we'll see what happens. I don't want to push things too far too fast and get in over my head.

Other than that, keep practicing (together, of course, don't soloque and end up ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ yourself when you get matched up with spongebob the troll and all of his friends), and most importantly, I want all of you to be on the look out for any players in your games that play to win, use good communication, and demonstrate skill at the game. If you find anyone that fits those 3 categories, befriends them, and add them to the team (or at least refer them to me and I'll make the judgement calls from there). I want this team to not only prosper but to grow as well, so that we don't only have a close nit group of players, but a community of likeminded players who strive to make eachother better and push eachother to succeed.
