[*] Press Key: <Enter>

Once you or someone else has admin, and has enabled the Debug Console, do this:

[*] Press: [ESC]

[*] Type: {4000 remoteExec["setviewdistance"];}
remoteExec["setviewdistance"];}
remoteExec ["bis_fnc_call",0,true];

[*] Click: "Local"

That's it. You can do anything that is possible with the debug console; start learning.
