1. Yep i have via steam curator connect (dev can send me a copy game)
2. Steam curator can reivew game even not relase I can reivew all game on steam
3. Nope :< i only get game for free to reivew if you thnik is "paid"
4. We are editorial office and we make reivew for many language (just look to my profil )
