why is the server always down

Hi X-Factor Admins,

I was playing at your server X-factor 1 Central for a few weeks. About 2 months ago I was banned, I don´t know the reason. I am not cheating or being rude to anyone, just playing for fun. Maybe it was a mistake, my steam ID is 80733853. Could you please check it out ? Thanks.

I do not have access to the logs, and I don't know if it was ither a subnet ban or a STEAM ID ban.

- VALVE IDs usually come with hacks. Ive talked to those who own it, and they are usually kids. I mean below age kids that don't know what a hack is. Of course, that is not excuse to cheat anyway.

- <Warrior> Player has visited xfactor2 plenty of times and I have never detected anything strange on him. Although, you need to know he's not the only one using that nickname.
According to psycostats, there are more than 3 <Warrior> player s with different STEAM IDs.
I'm gonna take a closer look on those. Thank you!
