i`m supoorting this, no matter how nerfed this dog will be, if it should ever be made, it will be one of m most played classes
First, no spy tracking with the sniff. If a spy can be tracked, they have absolutlely no point.
Second, the capture rate should be normal, if not slower, because if it was faster, scouts would be out of work.
Third, low HP. The dog would obviously run faster than the scout and have a tiny hitzone, and with that speed comes a cost. I'd say around 75.
Everything else is fine.
