I think they shouldn't make another Rome.. You will get real dissapointed again... like with Shogun..
You can compare it with MW.. They should have stopped after MW2.

Why create a new Rome then? It's the same as they made MW3, which from my opinion sucks ass. I think TW needs a new story and they can make a lot of extra downloadable contents. Such as the Russian Revolution.

Well, RTW had/has the best lobby and the best community.
That is something they failed to make in all the other games. Thats why RTW is still famous, and because there are more ancient warfare fans than others ;3

Making R2TW would be a kind of silly. They can only increase the graphics, not the story. Further on I have never liked RTW, the game is unfair. Not to mention that I don't like unorganized warfaring.

@Marino that would destory the game definetly.

@Lelouch I have never liked Rome because there was no action and the campaign sucked.

@Hanzawhilhelm if they make a Rome game, it will be exactly like either Rome or Barbarian Invasion. So there's no point in making it, it will be exactly like Rome...

I agree with you I think total war should move foward a little bit in time not too much though but i mean like the wars from ww1 past those all had the line infantry based combat and make for good strategic games i think personally playing as rome and stff is cool but boring i want to be able to bombard my enemys with howitzers ^^

I think WWI would be great for TW but most of the TW series has been old style and ancient fighting and WWI was way different from that so if they do make a WWI TW game I just don't want it to look like a Men of War game
