Once again: The Westerlands cant host an army of 60.000 man. Yes, Tywin did so in the books, but that was because thousands and thousands of freeriders and sellswords flocked to Casterly Rock in search of Lannister gold and glory. So obviusly the one playing Tywin will have an army of like 50.000. But thats because he has hired swords in its service, not levy from the Westerlands themselfs. That would be slightly bigger that the Riverlands or Stormlands.
