Hello, Here is the deal. I am very sorry for my leave in roleplay! I was completly fed up with wars and fighting all the time.

In my absence, I created the most active RolePlaying group on steam (Suburbia RP) Which has 46 active members currently and growing every day! However, as time continues, I miss running a nation and having armies of people leading across great plains, gaining and loosing territory as seen fit.

I want to apoligize to Emperor Romanov Greatly, because I blamed him for what I thought would kill this tier, but it strengthened it. I am truly sorry. It is with that I am going to reapply in this RP and I hope you all can understand.

The old Argentine has four members + me, no announcememts, and just made its first announcement in the tier. Why couldn't I have it? I habe 'bout fifteen active members out of 475 and multiple announcements made weekly.
