Hello ,

I am a current graduate student studying Applied Economics and Econometrics. I am preparing to apply for an Economist role at Valve and wanted to reach out directly.

As I prepare, I have one quick question: in your experience, how important is proficiency in C++, PHP, and Python (for example, Pandas and NumPy) compared to other tools, and what skills tend to matter most to be effective in the role? Additionally, any other information about the role would be highly appreciated.
