hey guys 2day i will tech u how to use legs due to popular demand.

step 1)stand up
step 2)lift one of your legs
step 3)move your leg forward, then lower it.
step 4)change to the other leg, then repeat from step 2. if you fall repeat from step 1.

when I was small my grandfather used to smoke. Whenever I was with him he pulled out a cigar and started smoking. Everytime he did this, my mum would come and tell him that if he continues like this, he wouldn't live long enough to see my graduation. One week before my graduation, he died of lung cancer. That day I swore to god I will never ever touch a packet of cigars. Well I regret it because this group made me cancer.
