So I asked them that they revert the emblem submission to it's original unmodified design, on their steam game forums. Their response was to ban me from the steam forums, whilst stating at the end that they're looking into fixing the issues of the emblem.
Their ban reason was at first nothing, they didn't even bother to post a ban reason.
When I submitted a steam ticket to resolve the issue (I didn't break steam's or their community guidelines), they finally updated the ban saying it was a carry over ban for their entire mordhau platform, effectively censoring me completely, and at this point I doubt they're going to resolve the issue of the emblem.
Context: Back in 2017 a kickstarter was launched for Mordhau, a medieval themed melee slasher that has now sold over a million copies on steam.
I pledged at the "King" tier. I was excited about the project, and a title within that specific genre. I've regretted it ever since. My criticism of their mismanaged development cycle and decisions resulted in me getting banned on their website and discord permanently on a personal basis.
Recently the Mordhau developers were implementing the backer emblems into Mordhau as per the pledge reward. Their guidelines stipulated that if there were any issues they'd contact you with their grievance so you could resolve the emblem submission, and resubmit it.
