Should probably be pinned in here, however join the discord for official word on the server. From my understanding (admittedly second hand) the story is that the ISP is limiting the bandwidth for ARK traffic making it untenable to continue running the server.

From memory in the server description it did state that the World Files and Saves (I assume users etc also) would be zipped and available to those that want it. Not sure if that will be posted here or somewhere else.

Just an update, we spent a couple days and had a run at our mates. Was excellent fun, they are great shots. Ultimately we should have given it a few more days prep but were keen to move on.

I not Grieving bears are upset about us griefing... I suspect this is in regards to the killing of one of them who was "mining metal" miles from his base, on a bronto, by thrashing one of our bases with his tail. Odd way to mine. We didn't even touch them after this, although we did hide our brontos near their base with a similar tribe name temporarily.

Oh they didn't respond to messages, think they were throwing a little tangy, as it kept going worse and worse for them.

I'm glad you enjoyed the active PvP part of the server even if it seems a bit unfair, if you like i can contact the tribe in question and discuss their killing of your wild Dinos.

One of our rules is "don't be a ♥♥♥♥" and as much as that is subject to interpretation I believe attacking your farm and killing your farm Dinos is a bit of a ♥♥♥♥ move,

Quite honestly seemed overkill to straight attack us just because we wanted a lizard but hey PvP right, and it was some fun.

BUT once we'd logged off later on (they'd retired we had assumed) they managed to break our wall, which is fine again fair enough, yeah they went back to base and waited till we all logged before returning which is cowardly but I digress.

Instead of hit our main base they have gone and hit our farm. Clearly all on passive, hell we even built it out of glass to ensure no confusion at all. Killed most of our passive farm animals.

They have now also setup a small pill box outside of our base.

I knew the dude was a ♥♥♥♥, and they are seemingly just young guys but still not cool.

Same guys occasionally shoot us, and have killed other tribes members occasionally. No biggie.

However last night we were trying to get a lizard, ended up with the same asshat coming to ruin our party (their orp must reach into the cave and were notified), we chased him off this time.

He came back with more rexes, ate one of ours. We brought more down and ate his, he went to get more and we picked him and killed him and left. Cue hours of them trying and failing to C4 us, we lost some Pteras, they lost more and a quetz and tons of great gear. In the end it was all quite fun.

Hey team, loving the rates and the limited mods. Think it's great without being over the top.

We were also looking forward to some gentlemanly PvP, on our last server we were completely wiped, all passive dinos etc, even foundations.

Hell we didn't even mind being shot at and occasionally griefed by a local tribe, hey it's PvP right. Tried to tame some lizards, dude came in and ate them, pissed us off but fair enough.

Pablo, for the members of the community who do not understand the context as they were not involved please elaborate to them and me what I have lied or mis represented. We are not a malicious tribe who can't keep ourselves under control, you were the first tribe we have attacked since server launch and only attacked you with the intent of doing minimal damage just to stir things up as we thought you could handle a bit of healthy PvP.

Thank you for the last few words in your message and know that you and your friends are always welcome on our servers and it may help in the future if you treat admins who don't us commands the same as any other player. Enjoy your time on ark :)

Part 2:

Our raid consisted of 2 players one with a quetz the other with a Wyvern, we blew a hole in your gate and destroyed some of your storage, no dinos were hurt and no major damage was done to your base.

Im sorry that you feel this was too much but based on your tribes hours you would have repaired the damage in no time, instead you choose to attempt to drag our community's name through the mud and claim we are playing unfair.

Pablo, you and your tribe have all put in a fair ammount of hours for a weeks worth. looking a a publicly available website called Battlemetrics i can see that:

For arguments sake i have only selected the members from your tribe that are ranked in the top 10 most active players on the server.

For one week this is quite a substancial amount of hours, this equates to
283 hours per week.

Slappy: Time Played 116:04:23

Whereas the hours our tribe is able to put in per week is:
132 hours per week based on the total length we have played and hours put in.

I am leaving these comments here, yes we had 10 members in our tribe, but we let the ADMINS know that the vast majority of them dont play very often, if at all. We started on these servers a week ago, most of which i have been at work. when we were raided by the ADMINS TRIBE, one week into our time on this server, there was one person online in a defensless base. They were using wyverns from the cluster of servers that started 3 and a half weeks ago, and claimed it was an even playing field.. True Blue. If you want more from ark than being raid fodder for the more established admin tribes, then I dont personally recommend playing on these servers. otherwise, enjoy the coolaid and have a lovely time! One love big salvia, out!

I am leaving these comments here, yes we raided these guys and no it wasent any form of admin abuse. To counter the claims made by these players; we have wyversn from our Scorched earth server within the cluster. Two of us raided their Metal base and didnt kill a single dino. we dont use admin commands and we play the game like anyone else.

If you dont enjoy PvP dont join a PvP server, all of our long time community members know we play fair and respect our own rules. These guys in particular joined over a week ago and have 10 Tribe members, we only have 3. We are truly sorry that some members of the community choose to hold the fact that we are admins against us and are quick to acuse us of not playing fair or abusing the power.

I wish these players luck on whichever servers they choose to play in the future :)

Yes it is, server is down due to complications at teh co location provider. Will try to get them up ASAP.

slappy/nova, just a heads up, looks like the latest patch has messed with the server settings again as dino stats are nerfed once more and as far as i can tell breeding is back to official times

Is the server not working since update??? i dont see it in my list, or does it just need an update before it will come in the list??

slappy or nova, the generator at the volcano (island pve server) is out of juice, is there anyway it can be unlocked and we just throw fuel in it as necessary?

thanks for reporting the Lag Craney, i have increased the RAM to accomodate the extra demand on resources. please let me know if this did not resolve the issue.

so server is definitely down again. Dunno if this helps you or not slappy but everyone since the last restart experienced lots of lag. I personally had lag spikes that lasted anywhere from 10 secs up to almost a minute. Lemme know if there's anything i can do to help
