Smetana, I gave you the link for the tier 5 group, and aperently you didnt notice. Unfortunantly the group is now nowhere to be found.

Heinrich@ and Marlius@ Denmark-Nprway have Iceland, Greenland, the faroes and Svalbard. These territories do not belong to Prussia! That is why Denmark-Norway cant really be a protectorate. >:I

The Kingdom of Denmark-Norway also have territories in Tier 2. Actually they have not. Denmark is split up between Prussia and Bavaria and Norway is of Prussia.
