Just an FYI to those that didn't get the news -I thought I would toss out some info based on my last conversation with Stannis. He is without power and may be without power for a couple/few days. He was caught in a pretty bad storm. The server could be down for a period of time. While this is going on he has to juggle between paying for our entertainment (server) and making sure he has a place to sleep and shower to maintain his schooling - I'm pretty certain it would be worth tossing him a couple bucks via paypal if you have even as little as 5-10 laying around.

For real, the kid DDosing the server is getting exactly what he wants by the server just dying.

Side note: Are we sure it's a DDos attack? Could it be anything else like a broken server that Stannis is trying to fix/replace? Or is it hosted by some company?

Jack, always if you connect via client.connect says "amsterdam ii", doesn't matter the server you want to enter.

@Malak. I'm a programmer not a network administrator. How was I supposed to know where their server is hosted from if I never checked? Also, for the record, every time I've manually connected it would show "Rusteros" as the server name I was connecting to.

client.connect 192.223.27.16:28015. This IP now connects to an Amsterdam II server, it no longer connects to Rusteros.
