I don't know if that's one of the reasons but maybe people are a bit shy to ask to be coached.
As for me I also noticed that when you play with one of you guys who are a considerable number of levels higher the matchmaking is kind of a problem since the enemy then is mostly also higher skilled. Of course nobody should expect to kick ass from minute 1 but still it's a bit disencouraging. Of course that's my personal impression.

(Don't get me wrong here, I am by no means against playing with you. I just feel underskilled most of the time. But not because you make me feel like it! ;))

@Light Coaches tend to lurk around and keep an eye out for people who need help as far as I know here. You're more than welcome to try coaching people who ask around. In specific what do you specialize in? (So I know who to point your way)

@Aghny As far as I heard and got response, there was only two mistakes that were made, that I jumped as soon as I could to fix. Didn't get any other feedback on mistakes, so I assumed it was good. Though recently I was hit by the truck called lack of time, so I've had little time to work on improvement. I did task others with objectives, but I don't think their ideas had any luck.

I tried my hardest to figure out new ways of getting people in, but the forums were the best answer. Now its mostly relying on word of mouth and people telling others about it. =/

The only problem is, as far as we are concerned, those were the only ones active. And we didn't really gain any new ones....

@Light, I haven't been much active as of late (as in for months), so not sure about the condition of the guild but keep a look out in the guild chat or any chat channels for that matter. Mailman announced for staff, but no idea what he has in mind, I will try to get in touch with him.

I did my best to find people who were active, and promote them to encourge more active guild members. Everyone who wasn't active was put back to member. I didn't get any feedback, so it was hard to measure how well it went.

Sorry for responding so late, as of now I dont think so. But feel free to ask in chat if anyone wants them. I'm sure theres someone that'd be interested in them. That'd be a nice area to open up for the guild actually. A free random item to newbies that are getting trained. or something along that line.

U.L.I- We're sorry to hear that, but we can't really help that you got calibrated there so it's completely your decision and we respect your choices with what you do. Unfortunately if you want your solo mmr boosted all we can do is offer tips :(

I was calibrated at 1645 mmr and then I played all pick ranked now I'm at 400 mmr ♥♥♥♥ this I'm in ♥♥♥♥ under mmr hell gg wp I'm moving on to a new game maybe csgo now
