I sure hope zenimax sticks to the same old elderscrolls style.... I don't want them ruining the series...
-"The Asteria", A flying dwemer ship (that somehow does not go out of The Elder Scroll's Lore) with everything the player would need (Looks awesome on the inside, lots of plants, water, and VERY good lighting.)
-"Dragon Falls Manor" Near a water fall, It is a medium size home with everything the player will need, looks very good on the inside and out.
-"Castle Draco Imperial Outpost City", This is technically a city, but the huge "Castle Draco" Can become a player home if you complete the quest, or you can just use "The Cheater's Lockbox" in a tent outside of the entrance to skip the quest.
All of these mods can be downloaded from the Steam Workshop. All you have to do is subscribe to the mod (Green Subscribe Button) and when you launch Skyrim, it will install the mod on its own.
-"Smeltdown - items to ingots 1.2", allows you to smelt down weapons and armor into ingots.
-"Detailed Mine Map Markers", shows ores that can be found in certain mines on the map.
-"Dovahkiin Relaxes too", Instead of standing in one place and doing nothing you can make your character Feed chickens, read books, talk (hear you character's voice), drink, lean on poles and fences, lay down (without going into a loading screen), and much more.
-"Useable Sawmills", Sawmills are no longer pointless, Sawing a log in half give the played 20 fire wood.
-"Midas Magic - Spells for Skyrim", Add a good amount of new and interesting spells to the game (Obtaining them is kind of annoying, You have to gather certain resources to make the tomes)
-"Moonpath to Elsweyr", This a mod where it adds a set of quests allowing the player to take a caravan to Elsweyr, Home of the Kahjiit, It has some really cool desert and jungle environments, (plus you get to kill alot of Thalmor), It has some weird custom voice acting and is kind of short.
-"Apoalypse Spell Package (2.02)". Adds a great number of unique spells to the game, The spells are obtainable from almost all vendors that normally would sell spell books.
-"Towns and Villages Enhanced", There are multiple mods with this in the title I just am talking about them all together. This mod adds trees and plant into most cities and villages around skyrim, Making them more detailed and less boring.
For info on Hearthfire.
-You can hire a personal cart driver, bard, or a Steward to buy supplies for you.
