I don't give much support to the config, and I don't update it very often, but when I do, I replace the link for the MLG Config Showcase YouTube video, with the date of the latest update. I also post it in the Dopeconfig topic in the APB forums.

When it gets updated it gets a new link, so you can't reuse the old link unfortunately.

And, by the way, if you're keeping it updated, it would be really nice to have a link on your twitch channel, since not many people know this config even exists.
