JUMP HEIGHT FIX SO WE CAN PLAY CS MAPS WITH REGULAR GRAVITY
inside a file at garrysmod/gamemodes/terrortown/gamemode called player_ext.lua, there is a line that says:

self:SetJumpPower(160)

The gmod default is 200. So if you change that it should give normal CS jump height.
