TA-IF Begins
Welcome! The Steam group functions don't get used a lot these days, but I created this anyway to utilize the curator functions and to give me a single place to collect knowledge on text based games. You know .. leaving items behind so the next adventurer can find their way out of the maze.

We now have enough curator reviews that the TA-IF curator should show up in the Steam store!

Hey! The developer of CRYPTIC here. I found you through the curator review of my game. Nice to see a group about text adventures. If you need any assistance on the creation of Inform 7 projects I might be able to help. It's been a few years now, though, so I'm quite rusty. But if I manage to get my old PC turned on I can always look through the CRYPTIC Inform files for answers!

Currently, I'm developing a game called Text Me Back https://www.instagram.com/playtextmeback/

It's not a text adventure game, but I'm using many of the things I learned developing CRYPTIC to develop this 3D choice-based adventure game.

@den amerikanske drage jake long - Great to hear from you man! I really enjoyed CRYPTIC. I played it and mapped out everything using Trisbort.
