In past experience tournament play before the team is ready simply results in discouraged players and the dota bad attitudes and blame games start. Disclaimer. My last roster understood this and took the beatings and learned instead of throwing fits and 2 months lateer we won two tournaments in a row. 2 of them graduated college and got big shot jobs with no time allowed for dota. 1 disappeared off the earth i havnt heard from him.... anyways have patience sneaking into the semi-pro /amateur scene is not has hard as you think.
