I am not in a hurry to jump us right into tournaments I would like us to establish a comfort level fisrt. In past experience tournament play before the team is ready simply results in discouraged players and the dota bad attitudes and blame games start. Disclaimer. I will give you a freebie and a warning but if you continue to have melt downs any time a game is not going our way then you will be replaced. second disclaimer.... we will lose. a lot. yes thats right if you dont have much competitve experience welcome to reality until you get used to playing at this level with your teamates we will lose and lose hard. My last roster understood this and took the beatings and learned instead of throwing fits and 2 months lateer we won two tournaments in a row. 2 of them graduated college and got big shot jobs with no time allowed for dota. 1 disappeared off the earth i havnt heard from him.... anyways have patience sneaking into the semi-pro /amateur scene is not has hard as you think.
